⏱️ Response to Valid DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notification, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material.
  • Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

🔁 How to File a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe the content removed is not infringing or that you have authorization to use the content, you may submit a written counter-notification to our DMCA Agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days, unless we receive notice from the original complainant that legal action has been filed.

HDXTV reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Multiple verified DMCA notices against the same user
  • Abuse of the counter-notification process
